Description

Ever catch yourself shrinking back, saying “maybe,” “just,” or “I guess” when you mean “unequivocally yes”?

Perhaps the opposite is true. You activate your inner villain, ready to speak without interruption or die trying.

You want to make a great impression, speak with clarity, and present with poise, but we often meet the roadblock of cultural conditioning and personal fears. We shrink our posture, our language, and how we frame our conversations and presentations, accommodating others or ensuring you could never be perceived as assertive.

Or, you get big and loud. You're speaking, but you're also deep in your flight-or-fight core, wound up and ready to defend.
Neither are effective. Neither are the real you.

She Has A Voice: What to Expect in this Workshop

I aim to help women seeking a bold and confident approach to their professional and personal lives. Aligning your external expression and the internal ownership of your presence and perspective is what we're exploring in this lively and engaging workshop.

Be prepared to:

  • Explore the influences that shape your voice
  • Learn tools to create a new relationship with your fear of public speaking.
  • Practice skills to confidently stand taller and speak bolder.
  • Reflect, listen, and learn from other women in the room.

My hope is for you to reclaim the knowledge that you have something valuable to contribute so you'll move from performing to embodying, from speaking to leading and live into the success you deserve.

I fully believe in you, and I can't wait to help you find YOUR voice.
